Linda Garcia is an accomplished communications professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, fostering and managing partnerships with corporations and non-profits and coordinating outreach efforts and events to reach diverse audiences. Currently, she serves as the Communications and Outreach Coordinator for the INCLUDE (INvestigation of Co-occurring conditions across the Lifespan to Understand Down syndromE) Project and DS-Connect® Registry at the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Branch at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), National Institutes of Health (NIH). Most recently, she worked at the Wellstar Health System and the National Down Syndrome Congress (NDSC).

Linda is a passionate advocate for individuals with Down syndrome and their families and she has used this to create inspiring and impactful initiatives for them at both a national and international level. She currently serves on the board of the Adult Disability Medical Healthcare (ADMH) and lives with her family in Atlanta, GA.
