Attorney Fred Misilo is Chair of the Trust and Estate Department of Fletcher Tilton which is a regional law firm with offices in Boston, Framingham, Providence, Worcester and Cape Cod. Attorney Misilo is a trust and estate attorney with over thirty years of experience in all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, trust management and asset protection. He brings a seasoned approach to client who have complex needs in succession planning in a variety of settings and circumstances, including special needs and elder law. Attorney Misilo is admittted to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida. He is certified by the American Bankers Association as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). He is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.

Attorney Misilo has a long history of community service over his career. He is a Past President of both The Arc of the United States and The Arc of Massachusetts. He serves currently as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Fallon Health, a community based, non-profit health insurance company. He is a former Chair of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and was elected to three terms to the Holden Board of Selectmen, serving as its Chair for three years. Attorney Misilo also served as Deputy Commissioner for the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services during the Weld administration and as the Executive Director of Harbor Area Community Services, Inc., then, a Boston-based service provider of residential supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
