Erich Blankenburg was born and raised in Plainville, CT. One year after graduating high school, he moved to Virginia where he attended Radford University. He majored in Recreation, Parks and Tourism (concentration Recreation Management) as well as Social Work. After graduating from Radford University, he moved to Massachusetts and began working for Child and Family Services in New Bedford, where he met his wife Jacqueline. They have been married for over 13 years. On May 2, 2019, their daughter, Charley, was born into this world. She is Etich’s entire world and always puts a smile on his face. He has always wanted to be a Dad and is certain that he was destined to have Charley. Erich currently works as the Director for the Parents As Teachers program at Child and Family Services. Charley attends many of her Dad’s virtual meetings and everyone loves when she’s on. She not only brightens up her parents’ worlds – she also brings a smile to everyone she meets! Erich says he is the luckiest Dad on the planet.
